About Me

Hi there! I'm Isabel.

I was born in Scotland in 1998 to the coolest parents ever. They raised me to be compassionate, to stand up for what I believe in, and to be unapologetically myself always. I fell ill with M.E. when I was 13, and that's shaped my life greatly since.

I've taken an increasing interest in politics and social justice issues during the past 5 years or so, and I now stand more politically left than ever. I would describe myself as a socialist, although I am still educating myself on the theory and history, but ultimately my politics are based around the belief that everyone deserves a fair shot in this world.

This blog is my space to elaborate on what I believe and why, to share advice and show support for anyone else dealing with chronic illness, and to hopefully help people engage with issues that I am passionate about.

All thoughts are my own, and all content is original content unless otherwise stated.

I always encourage feedback, and even friendly debate, on my posts. I would love to hear your thoughts on my post or any topics I've discussed in my posts.

If you'd like to contact me about a collaboration, interview, or if you have any questions about anything I've talked about, please go to my 'Contact Me' page to find out how to get in touch with me.

Thank you for reading, and I hope you enjoy my blog!
